The December 4, 2007 meeting was called to order at Oreana firehouse @ 7:00 by Steve Arteman.
As of now we have a total of 107 members, 9 life members, and 6 adjoining land owners.
Thanks to everyone involved in the 2007 Charity Race for Big Brother/ Big Sister.
We had 150 Riders , We were able to donate $2500 plus that much in toys. It was a HUGE success!! EVENTS:

Topics discussed @this meeting:
A question was raised about starting up an AMA sanctioned Trials competition again. The consensus among members was that it is a great idea. It was voted on and It was unamas We will be holding a Trials Competion most likely July 13, 2008. More information to come in following months.

By-Laws :
Still no copy has surfaced. John Gepford, Steve Arteman, Dave Oelfke, Jim Weaver, Ed Catlin, Jay Hall, Kyle Stinebaker, Ron Vanzandt, Ralph Turner, Brad McCabe are following members that will be helping revise/re-write the bylaws. Place, Date and time for this is To Be Announced. If anyone is wanting to be involved in this please contact either Steve Arteman or Melissa Stinebaker.
REMINDERS
When leaving the clubgrounds - lock the DIRTRIDERS padlock to the other padlock on the gate. The other padlock belongs to the landowner. Locking one lock to the other allows either lock to open the gate.

Please be sure to sign-in at each meeting. It is the only we have for crediting your attendence at each meeting. Note: If you are attending for another member, sign-in for the member you are representing and not yourself. 1 person = 1 signature. You cannot represent yourself and another member at the same time. A member may have someone else attend in their place; a wife, girlfriend, neighbor, son or daughter or a stranger off the street (if they would be willing to). The important thing is that these persons be informed of your choice on an issue if the issue is going to be voted on.
