What was discussed at the Meeting:
Copies of the Clubs By-laws and Constitution were obtained. Jay Hall took the floor and announced that the most recent revised By-Laws were found. He then stated that copies will be made and emailed/mailed to The members of the committee. Due to this finding the meeting of the By-Laws Committee they will meet after May 6 club meeting.
Due to my absence I was not there to read the minutes from the last meeting, also I'm not able to note The clubs account balances. I will get these figures from the Treasurer and send a Addition email out.
Motocross Track: Todd Brunner (newly appointed Director of the MX Track) was given the floor to present his proposal for revisions and repair of the MX track. Todd spoke at length with ideas and approximate costs. Todd also introduced an applicant who, with his father, own a business and graciously offered to donate the use of equipment for work to be done on the MX track, in exchange for fuel reimbursement and permission to erect a sign advertising their business. There was no negative response from the members present.
Joe Robinson Volunteered to setup the April 20th Fun Ride. WE need Volunteers for the remaining fun Rides.
Steve asked Todd to coordinate the work sessions with Tom Robinson, the ground's keeper.

After The meeting 13 applicants were accepted, so The club now has 11 life members, 7 adjoining landowners, and 119 family members.
As many of you have heard already The date for the MX track was moved up due to nice weather and availability of the equipment, It was done on April 5th & 6th. Todd apologizes for the inconvience and confusion of the work being done to the MX track but prospective new member, Cody Hupp, had the time and equipment available to get the work done. Cody asked for nothing in return for the time or use of the equipment. Todd expressed that Cody was not even going to ask for fuel re-imbursement. This subject will be discussed at the May meeting.
On another note we has several members go to Bellville Enduro Team
Greg Gourley 7th out of 15 in 40+B class
Kyle Stinebaker 2nd out of 23 riders in 201 & up C class
Greg Gourley also received 5th in Hoopole! Great Job Guys!!!!!
