What was discussed at the Meeting:

Concerns were brought up about the motocross track was not made for little kids. It was brought up that we make a kiddy motocross track in the middle of the Flat track, it was motioned, seconded and voted upon that a entry level MX track be constructed in the infield area of the flat track. Voting was by a show of hands and passed unanimously. Lea Ann Oelfke will be heading up design on this project. If you want to pitch in and help; email Melissa Stinebaker, dirtridersecretary@yahoo.com or Dave Oelfke, yn1oelfke@hotmail.com. Workers will receive work credit for time spent on the project.

The motocross track is complete and it was told that Cody Hupp wasn't going to ask for reimbursement for fuel just a free membership to the club. It was motioned, seconded and unanimously passed by a show of hands that the membership fee be waived for Cody. Welcome to the Club, Cody and family.

Club Landowner Gene Timmerman has purchased the adjoining property east of the parking lot. Gene has generously offered the area for club use (parking) in exchange for club members making improvements and maintaining the area. More information will be forthcoming.

Groundskeeper, Tom Robinson, will schedule designated WORK DAYS for upcoming fence, gate and other improvement projects. Volunteers will be required for each project.

Copies of the Clubs By-laws and Constitution were obtained and distributed to members of the appointed BY-LAW Committee. The BY-LAW committee met briefly after the meeting to discuss when and where to meet to review the BY-LAWS. The BY-LAW committee will meet after the June meeting at Rusty's Bar and Grill.
