Dirtriders will host the following this year:

Fun Ride: This is a non-competitive ride around a Hare Scrambles style course. The Fun Rides start the 3rd Sunday in March and are held every third Sunday through and including October. FUN RIDES are not open to the public.

Dirtriders Annual CHARITY RACE to benefit Big Brothers/Big Sisters is scheduled for Nov. 9th, 2008 at the Oakley Club grounds. It is a non-points paying AMA sanctioned event. (You must be a member of the National AMA to participate, but you do not have to be a member of a District AMA). AMA membership may be purchased at race sign-up. Many area riders look forward to this event. This will be a three hour Hare Scramble. Mini's start at 10:00am Big bikes start at noon. There is a gate fee of $5 per head. The entry fee is $10 plus an unwrapped toy valued at $10. Donations are also welcome. All of the proceeds (after expenses) go to the Big Brothers/Big Sisters. This event can be ridden as a team (each rider may use his own bike or the team may share a single bike) and there will also be the "Iron Man" classes (one rider - one bike - 3 hours). Club treasurer, John Gepford, and member Tom Lange typically lay out about a 4 mile course which is fun yet challenging.
