Some notes about videos: For videos, I use Windows Media Player, which is on all Windows machines. I have my browser (Internet Explorer) set up to display them full screen. If you need an update to Windows Media Player,

I use 3 different file types, AVI, WMV and MOV. AVI is crisper, but file size can be large, making for a slow download. WMV isn't quite so sharp, but the file sizes are smaller, which downloads quicker. MOV is a 'Quicktime' file type. In other words, it's made to be played in Apple Computer's Quicktime Player. This can be downloaded from Apple.

NOTE: You can click the link to play the video, or right-click on it and choose "Save Target As ..." to save it to your PC.
